To join Hike Norfolk you need to join The Ramblers which you do here.
In the second section of the form, under the heading ‘Your group’, choose the Norfolk area then the Hike Norfolk (NR50) group. To receive communications from us, you need to provide your email address to Ramblers when you join (and update Ramblers if your email changes).
How do I receive your updates?
Once you’ve joined Ramblers and selected Hike Norfolk as your group, you should automatically get onto our mailing list and receive programmes and other communications from us. This can take a month or two, so please bear with us.
You can also join our Facebook and Meetup groups. If you have asked to join the groups and your profile name is different to your full name, please let’s us know what it is via the contact us page.
I am already a member of another Ramblers group. Can I still join the Hike Norfolk?
If you are a member of any other Ramblers group you are welcome to become an associate member of Hike Norfolk for free – and enjoy all the benefits of Hike Norfolk membership (other than being able to vote at our AGM). To become an associate member, just email Ramblers at membership@ramblers.org.uk quoting your full name and membership number and ask to be added as an associate of Hike Norfolk (NR50); also make sure you are signed up to receive emails from Ramblers.
Likewise, members of Hike Norfolk are welcome to walk with any other Ramblers group in the country.
